Windows Support on Twitter had me shut off pulling driver updates automatically and that still didn't fix it. ONLY way to fix it currently is to reinstall the drivers.
That is not a solution, folks. I never had to do that on Windows 7, why should I have to do it here? Fix this thing. I've reported it on the feedback app every time, and apparently from what I'm learning from the Windows Support folks on Twitter, y'all just blow those reports off.

In reply to Nigel-uk's post on January 20, Manufacturer says it's a Windows issue, not an AMD issue. In reply to denali1's post on January 20, Are you using the preview version or the RTM version?
In reply to JoeNamco's post on January 20, Currently, I'm on the Insider release, This issue has existed since the beginning. It occurred during the conversion from WIndows 7 which I expected and from each successive release there after which I didn't expect.
